1. Payment Terms

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards denominated in AED and USD for all purchases made through our website.

  • It is the responsibility of the cardholder to retain a copy of transaction records, invoices, and relevant terms and policies for reference.

2. Services and Delivery

  • All services listed on this website, including but not limited to media article placements, content writing, branding design, and promotional packages, are intangible digital products.
  • Upon order confirmation, services are delivered via email or made accessible through your customer dashboard.
  • Standard delivery timelines range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the scope and type of service ordered. Delivery timelines will be explicitly communicated to you upon confirmation.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, which involve customized digital work and third-party publication commitments, no refunds will be issued once service work has started or the order has been confirmed.
  • In the event a service is not delivered as described or expected, you may raise a request for review by contacting our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s registered email address within 24 hours of transaction receipt.
  • This email will serve as official proof of order confirmation and will include relevant details regarding service delivery timelines.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when placing an order, including valid contact details and service preferences.
  • You agree not to use our services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Any attempt to exploit or abuse our services, systems, or team members will result in immediate account termination and, if necessary, legal prosecution.

6. Country Restrictions

In compliance with international trade and banking regulations, we do not accept payments from or offer services to individuals, companies, or cardholders located in or associated with the following restricted or sanctioned countries:

Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen.

These restrictions apply to both direct payments and affiliate transactions. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are not in violation of these regional restrictions at the time of purchase.


7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.


8. OFAC Compliance Statement

In full compliance with UAE laws and international sanctions regulations,
www.mapleleafllc.net will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any individuals or entities located in, operating from, or affiliated with any of the sanctioned countries designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), United States Department of the Treasury.

This includes all individuals, companies, banks, and government bodies that fall under OFAC’s SDN (Specially Designated Nationals) list or are located in OFAC-restricted regions.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict service to any user who violates this compliance obligation.
