5. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their subscription by submitting a written request to info@mapleleafllc.net at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Once a service has been delivered, cancellations and refunds are not applicable.
- Projects may be rescheduled or adjusted upon mutual agreement between Maple Leaf LLC and the client.
- Maple Leaf LLC reserves the right to terminate services in cases of misuse, non-payment, or violation of agreed terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Maple Leaf LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
