- Instagram account username(s)
- Specific data you want deleted
- Confirmation of deletion request
Method 2: In-App Deletion
- Log into your Health Monitor Tool account
- Go to Settings → Privacy
- Click “Delete My Account”
- Confirm deletion
- Receive email confirmation
What Data We Delete

Instagram-Specific Data Deletion
What Happens to Instagram Data:

- ❌ Delete all stored Instagram API tokens
- ❌ Remove your Instagram posts from our scheduling system
- ❌ Erase any cached Instagram profile data
Important Notes:
- Your Instagram posts already published remain on Instagram
- You must manually revoke app access in Instagram settings
- Scheduled future posts will be cancelled and deleted
