How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Email Request
Send an email to: info@mapleleafllc.net

  • Subject: “Data Deletion Request – Health Monitor Tool”
  • Body must include:
  • Your registered email address
  • Instagram account username(s)
  • Specific data you want deleted
  • Confirmation of deletion request

Method 2: In-App Deletion

  1. Log into your Health Monitor Tool account
  2. Go to SettingsPrivacy
  3. Click “Delete My Account”
  4. Confirm deletion
  5. Receive email confirmation

What Data We Delete

Immediately Deleted:

  • ✅ Account credentials
  • ✅ Profile information
  • ✅ Scheduled posts in our system
  • ✅ Uploaded media files
  • ✅ Usage analytics
  • ✅ Personal preferences

Retained (if required by law):

  • ⚠️ Billing records (for 7 years as per UAE law)

Data Deletion Process

Step-by-Step Timeline:

Instagram-Specific Data Deletion

What Happens to Instagram Data:

  • ❌ We revoke our access to your Instagram account
  • ❌ Delete all stored Instagram API tokens
  • ❌ Remove your Instagram posts from our scheduling system
  • ❌ Erase any cached Instagram profile data

Important Notes:

  • Your Instagram posts already published remain on Instagram
  • You must manually revoke app access in Instagram settings
  • Scheduled future posts will be cancelled and deleted
